What CMS built
JAG entered competitive Houston and Dallas markets without a legacy website, historical rankings, or established analytics. CMS built a purpose-made Next.js site, distinct local-market pathways, structured service content, technical SEO, and conversion routes that could support paid demand immediately while organic visibility compounded.
The constraint
The launch had to establish homeowner trust in two major Texas markets while giving search and answer engines clear evidence about JAG's gutter services and service areas. There was no pre-launch GA4 or Search Console baseline, ranking portfolio, or legacy page equity to protect.
The intervention
A fast, structured Next.js experience created a clean base for performance, crawlability, schema, and future expansion.
Houston and Dallas received market-relevant service architecture instead of interchangeable location mentions.
Page hierarchy, internal links, LocalBusiness and service schema, and direct service content made the company easier to understand and retrieve.
Mobile-first layouts and direct calls to action gave paid, local-service, and organic visitors a credible route to contact the business.

What it means
JAG moved from no inherited organic footprint to 232 ranking queries and 189 Top-3 positions. The site also recorded 126 inbound calls from June 29 through July 29, but that CallRail figure is cross-channel and is not presented as organic attribution.
Methodology & data notes
The first recorded Next.js implementation is dated March 11, 2026. GA4 totals cover the first 119 measured post-launch days, April 2–July 29, 2026. Search Console comparisons use April and July calendar-month data. CallRail coverage begins June 29 and includes cross-channel attribution. JAG has no connected ServiceTitan account, so jobs and revenue are intentionally excluded. Market conditions, paid media, seasonality, and other active efforts can also contribute.
