What CMS built

The result starts with the right system.

Following the April 2026 custom-domain cutover, matched 27-day windows showed stronger organic sessions, high-value ranking visibility, and downstream ServiceTitan outcomes. The new site was built to preserve existing relevance while improving speed, mobile usability, service clarity, and the path to a call or booking.

The constraint

The launch had to improve the platform without erasing existing equity.

Towers already had an established service brand and a ranking footprint across roughly 2,200 tracked keywords. CMS had to protect that discoverability through the cutover while creating clearer service architecture and stronger conversion paths for Salt Lake City-area homeowners.

The intervention

Build the handoffs, then measure the outcome.

A-01

SEO-preserving migration

URL, metadata, content, internal-link, canonical, and indexation decisions protected the relevance earned by the prior site.

A-02

Conversion-first experience

Fast delivery, mobile-first layouts, scannable service paths, and prominent calls to action reduced friction.

A-03

Local service architecture

Service and market context connected emergency plumbing, water-heater, filtration, and local-intent searches to relevant pages.

A-04

AEO and GEO readiness

Direct answers, structured service content, entity consistency, FAQs, and schema created better retrieval evidence.

The measured outcome

Context stays attached to every number.

The strongest movement appeared in high-value search positions and downstream demand: organic bookings more than doubled, completed jobs rose from 8 to 18, and organic-attributed completed revenue increased by $18,749 in the matched window.

Methodology & data notes

Matched 27-day windows compare March 1–27 with July 1–27, 2026; the custom-domain cutover occurred in April. Organic sessions come from GA4. Keyword counts use the tracked visibility set. ServiceTitan outcomes are filtered to the Towers business unit and campaigns categorized as SEO/organic. Search Console clicks and impressions are excluded from headline comparisons because current reporting has known accuracy issues. Seasonality and other active marketing efforts can also contribute.
